RETURNS

You may return any item within 30 days of receiving it for a refund. 

All items must be in unworn condition.

Please email us at shop@indyslopestyle.co.nz to let us know your intentions, quote your order number so we can find your purchase in our system.

Refunds are subject to our refund policy as detailed below.

All re-shipping charges are the Customers liability.

Once we receive the item back you'll get an email from us advising your product has been refunded.

EXCHANGES

If you have ordered the wrong size, return it to us within 30 days of receiving it for a refund, follow the return procedure as detailed above.

To receive your replacement size, place a new order when you're ready.

REFUNDS

All refunds will be the value of items returned less the actual cost of original shipping to you.

We heavily subsidize the cost of shipping using the value of the item you have purchased to make your purchase cheaper for you. Should you return your item for a refund we need to recoup this difference.

An indication of the actual original shipping cost to be deducted is as follows:

Packages under 1.5kg (generally 1 tech hoodie)

Worldwide $60 NZD
US / Canada / Japan $40 NZD
Australia $30 NZD

New Zealand (does not apply to local orders)

Packages over 1.5kg
