CAN YOU HELP WITH SIZING?
As our hoodie sizing is unisex we have provided actual measurements of the garments to assist you with finding your correct size. See our Size Guide. You can compare measurements with your favourite hoodie at home (but be sure to allow for layering in colder temps). Our custom-designed hoodies are designed to be longer in the hem and sleeve for guaranteed comfort and style.

WHY CAN'T I SEE THE DISCOUNT CODE FIELD?
On some mobile devices the discount code field may not be as easily visible, or the discount field may not display if you are skipping the checkout page via Paypal Express. To enter your discount code, go to 'Checkout' and expand the 'Show Order Summary'. There is also another opportunity to enter the discount code on the 'Payment Method' screen during checkout.
ARE YOU OUT OF STOCK?
If I’m unable to select my size does this mean you are out of stock? Yes, it does. However rest assured we will be working hard to get restocked as quickly as possible. Make sure you sign up to our newsletter and Instagram feeds to be kept informed of restocks and new arrivals.
WHERE ARE YOUR RIDING HOODIES MADE?
We custom designed our riding hoodies right here in New Zealand. We are very proud of the extra features we have incorporated into our hoodies such as the two-zipped pockets, extra hem & sleeve length, specially designed over-glove thumb holes, and oversized kangaroo pocket. For the production of our hoodies we have teamed up with a specialist apparel company in the neighboring Pacific Island of Fiji to expertly manufacture the hoodies for us. We visited Fiji in 2015 to see the factory facilities, meet with the staff and to inspect the apparel coming off their production line. We were very impressed with the company facilities, work safety policies and the quality of their work. We are excited to be supporting our friends in Fiji.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship to many countries outside New Zealand. See our Shipping page. If your country is not listed we still may be able to ship to you, but a tracked shipping service may not be available. Email us for more information.
CAN YOU SHIP TO A P.O. BOX?
No, unfortunately we are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box. Please use a physical address for your order.
DO YOU HAVE A RETAIL STORE OR SHOWROOM?
At this stage we are only selling online via. our website. Our stock is kept at our premises in Auckland, New Zealand and all shipping is done from there. See our Shipping page for more details on shipping time frames.
