NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

All packages are shipped via NZ POST tracked shipping - no signature.

Rates are calculated based on weight and will be quoted to you at check out.

Once your package leaves us, it becomes the full responsibility of the customer to monitor tracking, make themselves available to receive their package or follow up and collect missed deliveries. 

All costs to resend your package due to failure to collect it will be paid by the customer.

We accept no liability if your package is left unattended on your property.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All packages are shipped via DHL EXPRESS tracked international shipping.

Rates are calculated based on weight and will be quoted to you at check out.

Once your package leaves us, it becomes the full responsibility of the customer to monitor tracking, make themselves available to receive their package or follow up and collect missed deliveries.

All packages will require the signature of the customer, we accept no liability if any another person but yourself signs for your package or if your package is left unattended on your property.

SHIPPING TIMES

Within New Zealand will take 2 to 4 working days.

To Australia will take 2 to 5 working days.

To the US & Canada will take 4 to 6 working days*.

To Japan will take 5 to 10 working days*.

To the UK & Europe will take 5 to 10 working days*.

 * subject to delays caused by Customs processing or events out of our control such as weather or incidents.

CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES & TAXES

Some countries customs laws require the payment of duties, taxes and customs processing fees prior to release for local delivery. This is not included in the total cost of your order.

Payment of all customs charges are the liability of the customer.

In the event that your package is subject to customs charges, you will be contacted by DHL Express Customs Team for payment which can be done by credit card over the phone.

We do not hold information on each countries customs laws, please contact your local Customs Office to find out if your order is subject to customs charges prior to ordering with us.
